Unfortunately we were unable to contact all customers prior to the closure date. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.


You can redeem or make a part payment towards your pledge at any time during the length of your Pawnbroking Agreement. Please call us on 0121 726 1154 to discuss your repayment options. The line is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

You can make a payment to us by:
  • Debit Card over the phone
  • Bank Transfer

Agreed payments by bank transfer should be deposited to the following bank account:

  • Account Name: Natwest
  • Sort Code: 60-80-09
  • Account Number: 36037427

Please use a payment reference which consists of your Agreement Number and your Surname (e.g. 5000/12345 Smith) to enable us to identify your payment

We estimate that the average timeframe from payment to receipt of your item to be 8 to 10 working days.


At a certain point in our collections process we may make a request to the credit reference agencies to apply a default.
