General Queries…

If you have an outstanding loan that you applied for in a Money Shop store and would like to talk to us instead of visiting your store then please call our customer service team on 0115 896 8917.

Our Customer Service team are available from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Bank Holidays.

Want to make a payment?

You can make a payment in store or over the phone. If you want to pay over the phone please call 0115 896 8917. If you have a repayment arrangement in place and have received a letter confirming this you can also use our automated payment line by calling 0800 028 3760 and quoting the reference on your letter.

Struggling to Pay?

If you are struggling to pay your outstanding balance we think its best to speak to you so we can understand your situation and ensure that any payments you do make, are affordable and sustainable. We understand that sometimes unforeseen things can happen, we are more than happy to help. Please call us on 0115 896 8917 and one of our Customer Service Representatives will ask you some questions and discuss what options are available to you.
