The media is saying the rate is as good as 1.4, why can’t I find that on the highstreet?

The rate of 1.40 is the wholesale rate (set by the banks) the retail rate at which we and other FX providers can buy and sell currency will be slightly different to this. 

Do you offer special rates for large transactions?

All of our customers receive a great rate no matter how much currency you are buying, but transactions for large amounts of currency can have special rates applied in-store, please ask in-store for details.

Can I pay for FX with a card?

Yes, you can pay using your card free of charge. Photo ID is required for purchases over £1500 made by debit/credit card. Proof of address and proof of funds is also required for purchases over £5000.

How often do the rates change?

Rates are subject to change at any time, but generally will change on a daily basis. We will  advise customers that rates are subject to change and we cannot guarantee rates, with the exception of Click & Collect orders.

How can schools purchase FX?

Schools can purchase Foreign Exchange in bulk and pay using a schools or local authority cheque, just ask in-store for details.
