FAQs were updated on 14th October 2019

The High Court approved the Scheme on 8th October 2019 and it came into effect on 9th October 2019.


Non-Redress Creditors will receive a claim form in the post by 23rd October 2019. If you have not received a claim form by that date, please let us know and we will ensure that a replacement claim form is sent to you. You can contact us on 020 3901 7440 or email scheme@themoneyshop.co.uk

Please note that all claims must be submitted by the Claims Submission Deadline of 9th April 2020. Failure to do so will result in the claim not being considered under the Scheme.


We will be sending you guidance on how to fill out the claim form along with the claim form itself. If you have any questions, please contact us on 020 3901 7440 or email scheme@themoneyshop.co.uk.


All claims must be submitted by the Claims Submission Deadline of 9th April 2020. Failure to do so will result in the claim not being considered under the Scheme.


Once claims are submitted, you may not hear anything from us for a while. Following the Claims Submission Deadline of 9 April 2020, we will consider submitted claims and whether we agree with them.

We will then let you know the outcome of your claim. If we do not agree with your claim in whole or in part, you will be able to ask the Scheme Adjudicator to consider it.
